I teach dynamic and joyful and yoga and mindfulness classes in German and English. I have been particularly inspired by the dynamic flow of Viniyasa Yoga, by the energy of Prana Flow Yoga and the precision of Iyengar, as well as by the mindfulness teachings of the Vipassana Tradition. For me, yoga is a holistic healing method for body, mind and a way to live true to our hearts.
Since 2016 I have been RYT® 500 certified. I'm a certified Yoga Nidra Teacher and have accomplished the two year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program, of the Greater Good Science Center of the University of Berkely with Jack Kornfield und Tara Brach.
For my personal development, I regularly
participate in Yoga, Meditation and Therapy workshop and retreats.
Since 2017 I am founding member and President of the Verein Achtsame Schulen Schweiz and sind 2020 member of the board of Breathe International.
My personal source of happiness are my husband and my twins Oliver and Zoë
