Yoga Flow focuses on dynamic asana practice with some pranayama.
Slow & Mindful Yoga combined gentle Asana with breathing and mindfulness is designed for people who want or work very mindfully with their body due to accidents or pain, or who simply enjoy slow mindful movement.
Mindfulness Meditation: Open monthly mindfulness session. For beginners looking to establish a mindfulness practice, as well as advanced practitioners aiming to deepen their practice. The session include a brief introduction, a 20-30 minute meditation, and a Q&A period. Suitable for all experience levels.
Workshops & Retreats
Workshops provide an excellent opportunity to systematically engage with a topic over an extended period and to anchor new knowledge as well as concrete practices and habits into everyday life.
A retreat is a wonderful opportunity to "disconnect to reconnect." By practicing for several hours daily, we can delve much deeper into our practice. Studies have shown that mindfulness retreats have long-term positive effects on stress response and breathing patterns. We also have more time to connect with what gives our lives meaning and purpose, realigning ourselves with the essential aspects.
Constanze Lullies
I teach dynamic, mindful, and joyful yoga and mindfulness classes in both German and English. Drawing from over two decades of personal practice and studies in various schools of yoga, mindfulness, and personal development, my approach has been shaped by the dynamic flow of Vinyasa, the energetic Prana Flow Yoga, the precision of Iyengar, as well as the Vipassana and Mahamudra traditions.
Yoga and mindfulness, for me, serve as a method for the healing of both body and mind, and a pathway to living wholeheartedly. I am a certified RYT® 500 yoga teacher and mindfulness instructor, certified through the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP) of the Greater Good Science Center with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. I have obtained my certifications as a health coach from the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy and in Epigenetic Coaching from Healversity.
In addition to yoga and mindfulness courses, I offer psychological counselling and coaching.
