Yoga Flow  focuses on dynamic asana practice with some pranayama.

Slow & Mindful Yoga combined gentle Asana with breathing and mindfulness is designed for people who want or work very mindfully with their body due to accidents or pain, or who simply enjoy slow mindful movement.

Focus & Stress resilience combines breathing practices, dynamic yoga asana and meditation and is designed for people who are very busy and would like to cultivate concentration and stress resilience.

Resilience - Mindfulness and Yoga Retreat

In this retreat, you’ll learn various practices from traditional wisdom and cutting-edge research that will allow you to reconnect with your inner wisdom, with others and with nature. You will learn how to cultivate an open heart and a clear mind in trying times, enabling you to create action from a deep sense of purpose.  Our teachings are based on the wisdom of various Buddhist schools, including the Vipassana and Mahayana Tradition, Yoga, classical pranayama and modern breathing practices, mind-body and functional medicine, coaching and 20 years of personal practice.

The retreat involves daily meditations, yoga and mindful movement, theoretical inputs and group sharing. It leaves time for you to relax or explore the beautiful surroundings. Parts of the retreat will be in silence. Find out more

Women's Wellness Course

This course is aimed at women between the ages of 35 and 65 who are searching for evidence based information regarding nutrition, hormonal health, exercise, sleep and everything in between. The course is offered in a small supportive group with a maximum of 10 participants and a strong focus on empowering and motivating you to create your own personalised health goals and outcomes. It's structured into two complementary Modules “Nourish & Energise” and “Rest & Restore”, which stand alone, but also complement each other perfectly. The course is led by Constanze & Carron. Constanze Lullies

I teach dynamic, mindful and joyful yoga and mindfulness classes in German, English and French. I have been particularly influenced by the dynamic Viniyasa Flow, the energetic Prana Flow Yoga, the precision of Iyengar, as well as various Buddhist meditation tradition especially Vipassana. For me, yoga and mindfulness are a method for healing body and mind and a way to live from the heart. In addition to teaching yoga and mindfulness  I'm a health and live coach.
